We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Condition of Items:

All returned items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear.

Boots, Sandals, and Shoes are eligible for returns and exchanges according to our standard policy.

Return Process:
