We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote areas) to bring comfort to your doorstep.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

  • Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)

    Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (EMS)
    Available for orders over $50
    Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Comfort Shoes purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s our straightforward process:

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of shipment.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be in unworn condition with original packaging and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been removed from their original packaging or show signs of wear.

Please note: Boots, Sandals, and Shoes are eligible for returns and exchanges according to our standard policy.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the completed return form
  6. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your authorization)

Important: Please do not send returns without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized returns may be refused at our warehouse.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For size exchanges, we’ll ship the new size once we receive your return. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.
